Role Summary
Responsible for delivering high-profile events, cultivate strong relationships with multinational clients, and actively promote the group’s offerings and services.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Revenue Generation: Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive event and group booking revenues across F&B venues. Generate and convert leads for private events, brand activations, and group bookings through proactive outreach. Managing proposals and contracts is essential to maintaining accurate sales tracking and forecasting.
Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, event agencies, and multinational partners. Serve as the primary contact during the sales process, ensuring clear communication and alignment of expectations. This includes site visits, proposal preparation, and post-event follow-ups to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Event Coordination Support: Act as a liaison between clients and the General Manager by sharing requirements, event briefs, and logistics. Attend select events to ensure client satisfaction and provide on-ground support as needed.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Brand Promotion: Work closely with Marketing, Culinary, and Operations teams to align event offerings with brand positioning. Support content creation through event coverage, photoshoots, and social media, while actively promoting venues via partnerships, influencer engagement, and community initiatives. Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity to maintain a strong brand presence in Dubai’s vibrant F&B lifestyle scene.
Qualifications
Proven experience working preferably in Dubai within the F&B, hospitality or lifestyle sectors, with specific expertise in managing large-scale events featuring active entertainment components.
Demonstrated ability to attract high-end clients through an existing database and strong network of contacts.
Engaging and personable with excellent communication skills, capable of clearly understanding and consistently exceeding client expectations.
Locally available candidates are advantageous.
