7 Management has acquired the franchise of Bagatelle and is excited to announce the opening in Q4 2024 at the prestigious Astir Marina in Athens. This will mark the first milestone into the European market.

Bagatelle was founded by French entrepreneurs Rémi Laba and Aymeric Clemente, who, after meeting in New York City in the early 2000s, joined forces to create a restaurant that embodies the festive spirit and generous cuisine of the South of France.

Their vision was to establish a dining experience that radiates French joie de vivre, combining sophisticated yet authentic dishes with a warm, inviting atmosphere. The concept quickly gained international acclaim, and Bagatelle now graces some of the world's most stylish destinations.
